Product-market fit (PMF) is the point at which a product satisfies strong market demand — users retain, refer, and pay without heavy intervention. Product-led growth (PLG) is a go-to-market strategy where the product itself is the primary driver of acquisition, activation, and expansion — rather than a sales team or paid advertising. Users experience value before they pay, and the product is designed so that usage naturally leads to conversion and referral.
